South Suburban Mobile Notary strives to provide reliable and professional notary services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if a service has not yet been performed. Once a notarization has been completed, no refunds will be issued, as notarial acts are considered final.

Cancellations

Clients who cancel a scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund if cancellation notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Same-day, emergency, after-hours, or expedited appointments are non-refundable once confirmed.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in limited circumstances, including:

  • When services are canceled after travel has begun

  • When a portion of the scheduled service has been completed

  • When minimum service or travel fees apply

Any applicable travel, platform, administrative, or time-reservation fees are non-refundable.

No-Show Appointments

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment or failure to provide required identification or documents at the time of service may result in no refund.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

RON appointments that have begun identity verification or platform processing are non-refundable, including fees associated with electronic verification and platform usage.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to:

  • Legal outcomes or document acceptance

  • Errors or omissions in documents provided by the client

  • Delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant documents

Policy Changes

South Suburban Mobile Notary reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to this website.
